I don’t know about you, but I’ve long been dreaming of living in Florida. With the excellent weather, great shopping, vibrant culture, and of course, the beach, it seems like one of the best places to spend my time.
So where do you live? I’ve been doing some research, and here are some of the standout properties available:
Murano at Portofino
Murano at Portofino is one of the most stylish condos to be found on South Beach. You’ll be able to boast about your own private beach club, with its saltwater pool and cafe. This building was built in 2005, and the location makes it easy for you to walk along the beach or enjoy the vibrant nightlife. Select residences have their own private elevator foyers, and you’ll be entranced by the beautiful panoramic views from your residence.
Want to live in the fastest growing cosmopolitan community in Miami? Echo Brickell is the place to make it happen. This development delivers high-standard services, opulent amenities, the latest condo technology, and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the city. I don’t know about you, but I could definitely see myself floating in the infinity-edge pool while I enjoy views of Downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay. And I would be likely to get back in shape if I could work out in the suspended state-of-the-art gym here too.
Icon South Beach
Icon South Beach was completed back in 2005, making it a classic in the area. The building towers over Biscayne Bay, and every room has water and city views. There are 289 residences here, and you can choose from condos ranging from 1 to 6 bedrooms. You’ll love the kitchens here, which are equipped with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and state-of-the-art equipment.
Apogee South Beach is still one of the most luxurious condo developments in South Florida. There are 67 residences with water and city views, while the common areas and lobbies were designed by Yabu Pushelberg. Every unit has private elevator access, and an enclosed, private oversized and air conditioned two-car garage.
South Pointe was one of the first luxury condos to be built on South Beach, and you can find it in the SoFi (South of Fifth) district of Miami Beach- just steps from Ocean Drive and the Atlantic Ocean. Units range from 1 to 5 bedrooms, and the property has recently undergone a multimillion-dollar renovation which included residence hallways, a new lobby, and both a business center and media room.
